Roca & Martillo

Crafted in collaboration with Chef Jason Dady and the San Antonio Spurs, Roca & Martillo is a bold culinary concept located at The Rock at La Cantera. Tribu led the brand’s visual identity from the ground up—designing the logo, signage, coasters, and collateral with a gritty elegance that reflects both Tuscan tradition and South Texas flair. The name, meaning “Rock & Hammer,” is a tribute to the Spurs’ “Pounding the Rock” mantra, and that spirit lives on—literally—in the space. We designed a custom art mural textured with the bounce of a basketball, merging sports culture with culinary passion in a way that’s uniquely San Antonio. Every touchpoint in the brand echoes strength, creativity, and community—right down to the last detail.
